A New Year

A new year. New beginnings. For us, we have a new house, new baby, and soon, my new shed. I've also reopened my Etsy shop and will soon be adding new designs and products. I just need to find time. I'm raring to go. I'm excited about exploring new ideas and possibilities. I'm hoping people will take interest in my prints . I'm hoping they'll like them enough to want to sell them in their shops/galleries. I hope I'll get a chance to do a few big things that I have been thinking about doing.

Apart from all that, I've also been finding things to fill our new house with. We didn't have a single thing on our walls at our old house, but we've been hanging things up and making this house ours. We have lots of photos by Ben's dad, James and prints of all sorts. Today, I bought these!

Aren't they strange? But I love them. I just hope I love them as much when I see them in the flesh. I hope they'll hang above our bed. Not that Ben or I or our dog looks anything like the people and dog in the print!

My girls are getting bigger and louder.....

and goofier!

So the next time I blog, I'm hoping it'll be about a new design. I won't be long!

  1. Hi Kiran
Great to see you blogging again and what a lovely photo of the girls.
I like the paintings you bought - I wonder where they came from? The colours are lovely in them.

  2. Thanks Jacqui! I do enjoy blogging. It's just finding the time and also, I prefer it when I have some work to show.

I'm looking fwd to the prints arriving. I don't know where they are from and neither does the seller. Could they be English? Or Russian? Or...? It would be nice to find out about!

  4. Thanks Jesse!!! :) Having a few lino 'block' moments! Been awhile since I last carved, might take some time before I'm happy with a design.

  5. If you go into any card making/craft shop you can buy embossing kits that will let you emboss them yourself with any design you want. You can get all the extras too. uk based shops.business stationery

  6. There are some great options online, and there are quite a few different iPhone spy software developers. However, there are only a handful that I recommend. For instance, some of them don't guarantee that the person using the phone won't catch you - so this is a huge issue that you must deal with.

  7. SEO is vital to being a successful online printing company. With so many other printing companies vying for the orders, there's no alternative. seo companies

  8. No inking. More accurately, poor inking due to the lack of an active digitizer. Drawing and writing on the iPhone is possible via finger iPhone 5 release date
